Territory Manager - Community AWM (Brisbane South)

Summary
To assume total business management responsibility and achieve sales targets for assigned territory.
Reporting into the Area Sales Manager, Advanced Wound Management (QLD), this role will cover all community channel accounts within Brisbane South territory.
Essential Job Functions
- Achieve budgeted sales, market shares and focus products within assigned territory
- Establish sales tactics that are strategically aligned to achieve territory sales and profit growth targets
- Monitor territory sales progression to targets and initiate corrective action where appropriate
- Provide in-service programmes, workshops and seminars where appropriate to customers
- Conduct monthly analysis of territory to identify highest potential customers for targeted territory planning
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Science, Nursing or related disciplines
- Proven 2+ years of experience in a similar sales role within the medical devices field
- Experience handling wound care or related medical consumables portfolio desirable
- Proven success selling into community channel
- Nursing background highly regarded
- Strong selling skills and understanding of the selling process
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry in ANZ
- Working knowledge of wound care or related area
- Highly focused on exceeding customer expectations
- Good planning and execution skills
- Attention to detail and committed to excellence
- Superior presentation and public speaking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
