AddressMy client is a leading provider and manufacturer of Heavy Filtration equipment and consumables, serving the mining industry. They are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team covering the entire WA territory.
The company is a global brand that is leading from the front when it comes to knew Heavy Filtration Products.
They are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand their customer base in the mining and other major industrial sectors. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in business development, a deep understanding of the mining industry, and experience selling technical products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the mining industry
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and customer support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Analyze sales data and market intelligence to inform sales strategies
About You
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the mining industry
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding customer bases
- Experience working within a complete tunr key solution based sales role
- Strong understanding of the mining industry and its operations
- Experience selling technical products and solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering)
On Offer
- Base Salary $130k - $140k
- Super at 11%
- Car Allowance
- High earning commission/bonus structure
- OTE $200k - $210k
