Due to strong company growth, we are currently seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to join our successful NSW Field Sales Team. In this position, you will be focusing on achieving sales objectives at store level across impulse, petrol & convenience, and independent grocery channels in your designated region - Sutherland Shire and South Coast (to Bateman's Bay).
The role:
- Permanent Full Time
- Commencing ASAP
- Reports to the NSW Sales Team Leader
- Oversee effective distribution of core lines in stores, ensuring optimum product positioning on shelf and display
- Deliver on (and exceed) monthly sales targets
- Execute promotional programs and initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer partnerships
- Manage local multi-site operator groups within territory
The ideal candidate:
- Demonstrated ‘on the road’ sales experience in FMCG or similar
- A confident negotiator with an entrepreneurial ‘upsell’ approach
- A natural people-person with great communication and relationship-building skills
- Thrives on autonomy, running your own schedule, and getting results
- Keen to be part of a friendly and high-functioning field sales team
- Proud to represent some of the world's most well-known and loved brands!
- NB. in this role you must possess an unrestricted NSW driver's license, with local knowledge of the Shire and South Coast preferred (but not essential)
