Position
Due to company growth, the newly created position of Business Development Manager is now available.
You will carry out the below:
- Develop strategic new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong pipeline
- Maintain a portfolio of existing key client's usage and spending
- Negotiation of rates with carriers
- Direct point of contact for clients in the portfolio
- Establishing and maintaining relevant service-related information
The role is part of a sales team based in Sydney CBD that service existing clients nationally as the first point of contact for all customers and therefore is an integral team within the business.

Candidate
To be considered for the position all candidates must have the below experience and skills:
- Prior experience working in a role within the transport industry is necessary
- Must be skilled and experienced in using typical Microsoft applications, word, excel, etc
- Available for full time employment with standard Monday to Friday office hours
- You must be a team player with the ability to work cohesively with others
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and communication skills
