Test Analyst

The Opportunity

As a Test Analyst, you will create, implement and automate tests on desktop, web and mobile applications which support our digital transformation. You will work on a diverse range of projects and play a key role in ensuring the efficiency of solutions delivered to our end users by testing throughout the software development life cycle.

What will you be responsible for?

• Define and create test case activities for all new applications prior to deployment
• Interpret and analyze application requirements and design documents to inform the testing design and protocols
• Develop and execute regression, load testing activities and validate data integrity
• Validate performance against key measure expectations
• Manage defects by identifying and reporting on coding errors
• Prepare test completion reports
• Communicate with all stakeholders and participate in the development process

What skills and experience does our ideal candidate have?

• You have a tertiary qualification in IT or related field coupled with a strong professional history of software testing.
• You are a highly motivated self-starter with experience supporting digital projects in a dynamic environment.
• You have a thorough understanding of technology concepts and effective reporting.
• You also have strong verbal and written communication skills, and you use tools to discover and communicate key insights into meaningful and visual reports.
• You build strong and positive relationships across teams and with stakeholders at all levels, and you are a strong influencer who drives action.
