Successful Engineering company based in the Kogarah area, specializing in a vast range of industries from medical to commercial needs an additional welder to join their team.
This is a new position that will involve various tasks. Its is necessary to be flexible with skills and be willing to move around the section to keep up with demand. Everyone within the workshop works as a team and most people are multi-skilled.
Your role will be to do tig and Mig welding, mostly light gauge, fabricating various product. All work is low volume components and of high quality standards. Ideally you will display skills in jobbing or low volume production.
Other skills such as robot welding experience and fabrication would also be ideal. You will also have the opportunity to learn other fabrication skills.
This business looks after their team , with many staff being long term employees. they offer an excellent wage with plenty OT if desire and early finish time on Fridays at 1030 am.
TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
Excellent Tig welding skills
High end work experience.
Jobbing work shop exp
Accountability for quality and efficiency
Good eye for detail
Great communication skills
Ability to read engineering drawings
Permanent fulltime position will be offered to the successful candidate.
