We are seeking a candidate who will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair services to our clients, including cutting, styling and coloring. You should have excellent technical skills, a strong sense of creativity, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include:
1. Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and desired outcomes.
2. Provide professional advice and recommendations on suitable hairstyles and treatments.
3. Perform haircuts, trims, and styling according to client preferences.
4. Apply various hair coloring techniques such as highlights, lowlights, and full-color applications.
5. Keep up-to-date with current trends in hairstyles, techniques, and products.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon equipment.
7. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Colourist in a salon environment.
2. Excellent knowledge of various cutting techniques, hairstyles, and haircare products.
3. Proficiency in performing color applications using both traditional and modern techniques.
4. Knowledge of scalp health and different massage techniques is desirable.
5. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen attentively to clients' needs.
7. Flexibility in working hours including evenings and weekends.
