THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a skilled and customer service oriented Tour Group Sales Associateto join our Sydney Downtown Store. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for meet and greet Tour Group customers in our store.
YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE
- Assist the sales team with translating, transacting sales and explaining the duty free procedure to Tour Group customers
- Promote initiatives to create and grow sales in the PRC (People Republic of China)
- To assist in building and maintaining good relationships with Tour Group leaders
- Promote and share information with the groups in store on local Australian products and category promotions
- Develop a good understanding of products that appeal to Tour Group customers and their buying preferences
ABOUT YOU
- Previous retail/sales experience in beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics
- Strong product knowledge in the luxury beauty space
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to communicate fluently (verbal and written) in English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of and/or experience with Tour Groups and Tour Companies
- Experience of working in the duty free environment or luxury retail

DETAILS OF THE ROLE
- Sydney Downtown location
- Casual position - 30 hours fortnightly
- 2 week rotating roster
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays
To work with Lotte Duty Free, you must hold a current Australian or International Passport. Please note that all Lotte Duty Free employees are required to have Customs and Police Clearance process.
