Are you right for us?
We're seeking a Trades Assistant for our Mackay branch based in Paget offering a permanent full-time position for a regular 40 hours a week and overtime, as required.
If you have the drive, we have the work.
This position will be involved in learning all aspect of the workshop including, sandblasting, cleaning and preparation of components, and assisting tradesmen. You’ll have support from our qualified tradespeople.

What do I need to have?
- Full training will be provided so that you can work independently as soon as possible, however you need the ability to pick up mechanical work quickly and work safely.
- A preference for hands on work – mucking in and getting your hands dirty. Examples of any previous work like this, will be good to hear about.
- Being motivated and energetic.
- An ability to safely and consistently produce good quality work.
- An ability to pick up new skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines that are customer timeline driven.
- Self motivation in following all company Workplace Health and Safety procedures.
- Ability to work permanently in Australia.
