Job Description
Reporting to the [insert Position Title], the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the required capabilities in the following areas:
- Ability to manage help desk request priorities as related to the Train Build processes
- Provide timely and accurate resolution of issues
- Ensure regular communication with internal customers and stakeholders
- Identify areas of improvement and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation
- Develop and maintain documentation and other resources which make up the knowledgebase for the areas of expertise / ensuring findings and outcomes are documented
- When working on weekends providing support for the Transport Management System.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively with defined business processes
- Capacity to prioritise work considering the needs and priorities of management and staff, whilst undertaking a variety of tasks
- Proven ability to communicate with staff and other stakeholders of all levels from technical and non-technical backgrounds
- Demonstrated strong commitment to customer service and ability to provide a quality service to users in corporate system environment
- Proven ability to identify improvement opportunities
Desirable
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
