- Handle customer orders with efficiency and precision, ensuring the accurate selection and ordering of parts.
- Take charge of monitoring and managing parts inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained to meet customer demands.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product advancements, and technical information relevant to the parts you deal with.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory management.
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members, including sales, technicians, and suppliers, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
