Due to continued growth, Carco are seeking an organised, enthusiastic and self-motivated Trainee Parts Interpreter/Storeperson to join their team.

As an integral member of our highly regarded Parts team, you will be responsible for the warehousing and storage of parts and accessories which includes receiving, organising and storing goods as well as picking, packing and preparing goods for dispatch. In addition you will be responsible for the timely issuing of parts to workshop and retail customers as well as dealing with incoming telephone queries and orders in an efficient polite and professional manner.

No Experience? No Worries! If you are a genuine team player with a 'can-do' customer-centric attitude and good work ethic, we will provide full training.

YOU:
Outstanding communication skills and telephone manner with the ability to provide excellent customer service
Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
The ability to work as a self-directed member of a team
Full WA Drivers’ licence is required
Forklift licence or willingness to obtain
Technical/mechanical knowledge and ability is preferred
Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter is highly regarded
