- Screening resumes and conducting phone screens and face-to-face interviews
- conducting reference checks and completing onboarding of new candidates
- Managing relationships with pre-existing clients and an enviable pipeline waiting for the right person
- Demonstrating proactive attraction strategies, screening, interviewing, conducting pre-employment medicals, through to reverse marketing of candidates
- Maintaining a consistent level of candidate compliance using Fasttrack.
- A true understanding of "Consultant" when it comes to our client relationships
- Conduct regular site meetings and site safety assessments
- Must have experience in a customer-facing role, i.e Retail, Call Centre, or Hospitality
- High levels of resilience and drive
