About the role
As a Trainee Talent Acquisition professional, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging suitable candidates for our clients with help and training from the whole team and management
Eventually you will Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various clients.
Effectively utilise your time to source and engage talent
Be trained to build talent portfolios of candidates with varying skillsets

To be successful within this role:
Willingness and attitude to want to learn and excel as a recruitment professional
Customer facing experience preferable
Experience working with a geographically diverse range of First Nations communities, including metropolitan, regional and remote communities.
A strong knowledge of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander culture and society and an understanding of historical and contemporary issues relating to First Nations peoples
Experience and expertise in engaging effectively with First Nation employees, stakeholders and community members
Solving problems of moderate complexity
Ability to travel to remote communities
Ability to determine priorities, understand and make sound business judgements to best achieve the customers' requirements
Excellent communication skills - written, auditory and oral
