Titan Ford (part of Eagers Automotive) have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Trainee Service Advisor in Melville. This role provides great earning potential - generous salary plus commission package!
Titan Ford is an iconic dealership south of the river operating for 50 years from Leach Highway in Melville. We always have career development opportunities within our organisation and have a great learning and development program available for all team members to access.
Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for making service bookings, greeting, and managing daily customer relations for the Service Department.
This includes the following:
Answering customer enquiries regarding their needs of vehicle service
Quoting additional service work
Ensuring all customer requirements are met
Building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Delivering exceptional customer service
The Service Advisor role is strongly customer focussed with elements of sales and automotive knowledge. Therefore, background in these fields would be highly advantageous but not essential.

You will ideally possess:
Previous experience in a dealership environment (desirable but not essential)
Drive to deliver exceptional customer service
