**Responsibilities:**
1. Assist in the maintenance and care of lawns, gardens, and outdoor landscapes.
2. Learn and apply horticultural techniques to ensure the health and vitality of plants.
3. Operate and maintain horticultural equipment and tools under supervision.
4. Work closely with experienced horticulturists to understand plant varieties, soil conditions, and pest control methods.
5. Participate in the planning and execution of landscaping projects.
6. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working in various outdoor environments.
7. Develop a strong foundation in horticultural practices through on-the-job training and coursework.
