Trainer (All Rounder)

Join our client as a versatile Trainer, ideally with experience in digital transformation projects. Collaborate closely with the Training Manager, a fellow trainer, and the wider Change Management Team to design, review, and deliver training and learning solutions.
Play a key role in implementing a new, consolidated, secure CRM (Salesforce) to enhance end-to-end engagement and service delivery.Key Duties:

• Design and create learning materials including Quick Reference Guides, Facilitator Packs, Demonstration Videos, and digital workbooks.
• Facilitate face-to-face training sessions.
• Develop courses, programs, and curriculums in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Coordinate logistics for training rollout.
• Support program Super Users during key training phases.

Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience in creating diverse learning materials for both online and offline formats.
• Proficiency in tools like Articulate and Camtasia for eLearning modules and videos.
• Confident in reviewing learning content with stakeholders and providing feedback.
• Experience in setting up and managing online programs and courses in an LMS.
• Skilled in scheduling and managing logistics for training events.
• Experienced in facilitating training in face-to-face settings, via Teams, and in self-paced workshops.
• Background in digital transformation projects is ideal.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Intermediate-Advanced level).
