Role Overview:
As an educator at Evolve College, your role will be to enhance the educational process, engage with students, and provide quality training and assessment services for the CHC51015 Diploma of Counselling. This position offers a blended version of on-campus and online delivery, providing a dynamic and flexible teaching environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Deliver and facilitate training for the CHC51015 Diploma of Counselling.
-Demonstrate teaching competence and a student-centred approach.
-Lead and manage effective teaching and learning in various environments, focusing on student engagement, progression, and success.
-Undertake administrative duties related to student management and record-keeping.
-Contribute to the planning, implementation, and review of educational programs.
-Engage in relevant professional development activities to maintain currency in the counselling industry, VET, and training and assessment.

Successful applicants will:

-Demonstrate care for students and a genuine passion for supporting individuals.
-Hold the CHC51015 Diploma of Counselling or its equivalent.
-Possess current industry experience as a Counsellor.
-Maintain relevant certifications such as the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, HLTAID003 Apply First Aid unit, and Working with Children Check.
-Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with international students.

Salary and Application Details:
-Trainers/Assessors are employed under the Educational Services (Post-Secondary Education) Award. Evolve College offers a competitive salary package, well above the award rate, which will be negotiated as part of the employment package.
