About the role
endota Wellness College Trainer & Assessors are passionate about providing a high level of training to our students throughout the learning journey. We are seeking a Remedial Massage Trainer & Assessor on a casual basis at our Docklands based training college. The working hours for this role Wednesday 9am - 5pm &Thursday 9am - 3pm + 3hrs admin.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivery of the Diploma curriculum training and undertaking assessment according to the regulatory requirements
- Using your professional knowledge, you will support student needs, to achieve your KPIs
- Preparation and administration around class training
- Complete lesson plans
- Professional Development Validation
Our campus is open Monday – Friday 9am – 9pm. In addition to your Wednesday and Thursday day classes, you will be required to work occasional Saturdays supervising our student clinics.
Your skills and experience
We want our Remedial Massage Therapist students to benefit from industry-led instruction and be mentored by highly knowledgeable and inspiring trainers, who share the strong underlying values and philosophies of our brand.
- You must hold a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy (or equivalent) and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or equivalent)
- You have previous experience delivering exceptional and innovative Remedial Massage Therapy training in an RTO setting
- You demonstrate a natural ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, building trust and rapport with others
- You possess excellent time management and have the ability to work independently
- You can provide evidence of recent practical Remedial Massage therapy experience
- You have a Working with Children card (or be willing to acquire one)
