Reporting to the Application Manager Vendor Management, Training and Pre-Production, the Training and Adoption Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the ieMR Training Domains are managed and maintained efficiently and consistently with the least possible impact to health services and ICT users. Responsibilities extend to all formal and ad-hoc training requirements managed within DAS ieMR and any State-Wide project training service requests.
Are you right for this role?
To be successful in the role you will have a comprehensive understanding and a breadth of experience of the user-facing ieMR solution with capacity to rapidly develop an in-depth technical understanding of the ieMR. You will have a high level of experience in training and adoption within a large and complex, geographically diverse, ICT environment. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in designing, implementing and embedding multimodal learning collateral and the ability to use Service Now to manage incoming requests and work within the ITIL framework for Change, Request and Problem management
In addition to this, you will have the proven ability to communicate with influence, interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to cultivate productive working relationships and networks.
