About the Role Internally known as an Organisational Learning Coordinator, you will be a support to the Organisational Learning team to provide efficient and quality planning to schedule facilitator-led sessions, communicate induction plans and also provide status updates to stakeholders, share pre-session activities to attendees, record training and reporting.
Skills & Experience
- Operational experience with the coordination and scheduling of multiple programs running simultaneously
- Sound problem solving and professional collaboration experience
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise workload
- High standard of written and verbal communication
- Experience in effectively negotiating with internal stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Customer service focus with continuous improvement mindset
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes in work environment and prioritisation
- Intermediate computer literacy skills including competent use of Microsoft Office – particularly Excel
