As the Training Logistics Officer you be responsible for the logistical coordination, administrative support, and smooth delivery of comprehensive training programs. From managing logistical aspects to analysing training data and ensuring seamless delivery of sessions, you'll be the driving force behind the teams’ training initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
- Organise and coordinate logistics for workshops/training sessions
- Analyse training data, reconcile completion records and produce reports.
- Administer the iLearn Learning Management System (LMS) and provide first-level support to users.
- Coordinate training resource planning and distribution of eLearning materials.
- Support onboarding of new team members and scheduling of trainer allocations.
- Collaborate with external vendors for training workshops and sessions.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
- Experience in scheduling training for multiple projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in an Agile ICT project environment
- Exposure to Articulate Rise would be highly desirable
- Flexibility to work from the office and home in a hybrid work environment.
