About The Company
Our client started as one-man army and is now an established and industry-leading Electricity training organisation operating for close to 20 years. Specialising in providing training services to the Electrical Supply Industry. They provide training and development services throughout Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales, and Tasmania and to a range of industries including the Construction and Building, Civil Works and Electrical Supply industry and their many contractors.
About The Opportunity
They are looking for a Training Manager to join their company in Dandenong South, VIC. Your salary will start at $110,000 pa | Negotiable Salary Based on Experience + Super.
The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for the coordination and management of all training operations.
Reporting directly to the Director some of your responsibilities will include:
Liaising with clients to program the training, prepare Training Proposals (issued to the client) and course material requirement documents
Overseeing Curriculum Development Services, Workplace Procedure Audits and Competency Assessments
Providing guidance to company personnel in order to achieve defined goals
Ensuring policies and procedures are available, understood and implemented by the training staff.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Experience in a similar role
A trade background within the Electrical Supply Industry would be an advantage
Excellent phone manner as well as written and verbal communication
A practical and methodical approach to their work
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
This position would suit an organised and hard-working person looking for their next challenge.
