About the Q-Gen Cell Therapeutics Group:
Q-Gen Cell Therapeutics is a leading GMP manufacturing facility dedicated to the development of GMP cell therapies for use in ground breaking clinical trials.
Role Purpose / Responsibilities
Develop and facilitate training plans and competency assessments
Maintain the training database, to ensure accurate and up to date records of staff competence
Development and delivery of blended learning solutions
Provide expert advice and facilitate training to staff and clients on all aspects of GMP manufacture within Q-Gen
Provide support and mentorship for Training Officers and expert advice to Q-Gen Management regarding training requirements
Create, review and approve Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Forms relating to staff training to ensure compliance with relevant codes of GMP
About you:
To be successful in this role you will need:
Essential
Experience in the development and facilitation of engaging face to face training programs in a professional or technical setting
Experience developing interactive online learning using Articulate or equivalent
Current qualification in workplace training or education
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Well-developed emotional intelligence with an ability to lead, influence and resolve conflict among individuals from diverse backgrounds and disciplines
Self-motivated and highly organised; able to meet deadlines and deliver multiple competing priorities in a complex and challenging environment
Desirable
Experience working on an integrated LMS
Experience in developing and implementing learning frameworks, policies and procedures
Experience in GMP production in a cell therapy, medical laboratory, blood services, pathology laboratory, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or similar
Experience in staff management
Remuneration: Salary range is $95,486 -$103,882 p.a. plus super and salary packaging. This is a full-time appointment for 2 years.
