AddressLooking for a Training Systems Architect to support the development of an RFT response for an Air Mission Training System (AMTS). Anyone interested in contracting and/or willing to relocate to Brisbane is highly encouraged to apply.
We are looking for a Training Systems Architect capable of designing and delivering training systems for Air Crew to assist in the development of an RFT response to train RAAF’s Mission Aviators, including Electronic Warfare Officers, Maritime Patrol and Response Officers, Air Battle Managers, Air Traffic Controllers and other Mission Specialists.
Essential Criteria
- Experience in working at/with a Defence Training Centre
- Experience in reviewing Defence training analysis (analyse phase of the SADL), including Training Needs Analysis (TNAs)
- Experience in designing a training program
- Strong understanding of developing training program into a pilot Learning Management Plan (LMP) on Learning Management Package Support System (LMPSS)
- Solid knowledge in producing initial Learning Support Material (LSM) and Assessment tools
- In-depth understanding of the first three (Analyse, Design & Develop) phases of the SADL
- Experience working in an Employment Category Manager (ECM – at Army Warrant Officer Class 1 or equivalent rank) role or Defence Education Officer (At Army Captain or above rank)
- Baseline Clearance as a minimum but NV1 Security Clearance is preferred
Desirable Criteria
- Holds PMKeyS Training Development (TD) qualification
