- Transformation Training Manager
- North Ryde + WFH
- 12-month contract
Reporting into the Program Change Manager, this role will work across business functions to provide comprehensive training solutions which enable the success of a busy transformation program.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Work with Change managers to develop training needs analysis for transformation initiatives
- Create comprehensive training proposals, including TNA, Training Plans, Resource plans and budgets
- Develop training toolkits for a broad range of end users / employees, including facilitator and learner guides, e-learns, quick reference guides and power point decks
- Live and breathe adult learning principals, ensuring programs are built to the 70:20:10 formula
- Create and execute role-based training plans
- Design, develop and facilitate face to face and online training
- Work with SMEs to develop comprehensive training which supports new initiative roll outs and transitions the business to BAU
- Work with the Learning and Development manager to ensure a cohesive approach to all training initiatives
- Assist with management of temporary / contractor training resources
- Learn new systems and processes at pace
- Work to specific timelines and budgets
- Prioritise tasks and manage milestones for individual projects simultaneously
- Work to both agile and waterfall project methodologies
- Manage resource to allocated training budgets
- Comply with WHSE authorities in accordance with the responsibilities matrix

PERSON SPECIFICATION:.
- Out of the box thinking to create innovative training solutions
- Proven work experience as a Training Manager
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Desired:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Intermediate Articulate 360 skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience with SAP
