For the successful applicant, an opportunity has arisen for oneexperienced candidate to take on the role of Transport Allocator / Administrator, based out of one of their warehouses in Berrinba. This opportunity is an ongoing role with the potential to go permanent for the right person after 6 months.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- M-F 5 Days a week
- Afternoon shift – 12PM Start $39.97per/hour
- Transport allocation, load planning and general administration duties
- Key duties of planning and allocating shift loads
- Greeting and dealing with transport drivers
- Working with internal customers to ensure DIFOT is met
- Organising driver consignment notes
- Customer service over the phone, email and in person
- Other associated duties as required
TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU MUST HAVE:
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
- Previous admin experience is necessary
- Experience with Microsoft office, focus and excel is required
- Ability to work unsupervised once trained
- Have a great attitude
- Full availability Monday to Friday
