Transport Cartage Co-ordinator

Australian owned international logistics company located in Keilor Park looking to appoint a Transport Cartage coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company involved in the eCommerce sector.You as a successful candidate will assist in the responsibilities for the collections of airfreight / sea freight shipments with our own fleet as well as some outside hire. As well you will be involved in DAFF inspections and releases.It is required that you have at least 1 years work experience in the industry and be familiar with Import Airfreight / Sea freight Registrations and ABF / DAFF processes.Your daily duties will include

• Lodging under bonds
• Allocating collections / deliveries
• Airfreight / Sea freight registrations.
• ICS status preparations in warehouse management system
• Documentation and process control
• Invoicing and accounts reconciliation
• Liaising with Customer Service and Warehouse
• ICS trouble shooting
• Track and trace with airline terminals.
• Problem Solving
