About the role.

The Transport Services team are looking for 2 x Transport Services Schedulers to join their high performing team on an ongoing basis. Both positions will report into the Associate Director, Transport Services.

As a Transport Services Scheduler, you will undertake the daily scheduling and rostering duties to support the delivery of high level, customer focused logistics services to the Premier, Ministers and a range of VIP clients and stakeholders in NSW, whilst ensuring compliance with relevant award provisions, internal policies and procedures and work health and safety frameworks and guidelines.

You will need to maintain confidentiality, discretion and tact amongst Transport Services and with stakeholders to ensure client confidentiality and safety is upheld within an environment of political sensitivities.

You. Our ideal candidate.
  • You can multitask and balance competing priorities, particularly with changes to scheduled requirements of a high-profile customer cohort.
  • You can communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders (some of the main stakeholders include the Ministers, the Premier and former office holders!)
  • You will have experience with rostering, scheduling or allocating support.
  • You will be able to work a rotating fortnightly shift roster and provide on-call weekend phone support to ensure service delivery 24 hours per day, 7 days per week as required.

Salary: Clerk Grade 5/6. Package includes base salary ($89,707 - $98,982) plus superannuation and leave loading.
