Who will you be working with?
This highly regarded Global Insurer is seeking a travel claims manager / customer service specialist to join their accident and health team and share in their success. The purpose of this role will be to contribute to business growth objectives by developing new business and retaining existing business.

What will you be doing?
Manage and process travel claims for clients
Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate and timely information in regard to the policy coverage
Oversee general enquiry email account and provide prompt responses to customer inquiries
Process related documentation within standard timeframes
Education/compliance management
What do you need?
Previous accident and health insurance or travel claims experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Clear and concise communicator
Ability to interpret and understand policy wordings
Excellent attention to detail
