What will you be doing in this role:
An ideal career move for a real estate trust accountant that is looking for a professional office that they can grow their career with. This role will see you not only manage the day to day property management and sales trust accounts but also project manage the migration to a new software platform and act as the central point of contact and training for this roll out
Manage residential sales trust accounts
Facilitate the collection of, and investing property sales deposits
Disbursing sales deposits following settlement
Enter invoices, reconciliations, receipting
Prepare mid-month and end of month trust accounts reconciliations
Invest sales deposits and release upon settlement
Prepare sales settlement statements and advertising invoices
Process all invoices for vendor paid marketing
Manage mid and end of month rental trust accounts
Oversee migration to new software platform
Facilitate training the team on new software
The right candidate will have:
Experience with sales and property management trust accounting
An eagerness to learn and grow with a business
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work
The desire to stay with this role long term
Analytical and problem-solving ability
A team player who enjoys working with others
Confident communication skills to liaise with the team and clients
