Turf client based in Torquay requires 2 x HC truck drivers that hold forklift licences for full time roles delivering instant turf across Melbourne / Geelong and regional Victoria
Your new role
- Drive the HC truck and deliver instant turf to customers across Geelong, surf coast, Melbourne and regional towns
- Load and unload turf into the truck with the rear mounted forklift
- 10-15 drops per day on average
- Being the face of the company while on the road dealing with clients
- Have flexibility to work longer hours and Saturdays during peak seasons
What you'll need to succeed
- HC truck licence and min 3 years experience of making deliveries
- LF forklift licence
- Early starts 6am/7am to 3pm/4pm
- Able to work well to tight deadlines and deliver to a schedule
- Clean driving record
- Excellent knowledge of Victoria's road rules and regulations
- Professional and friendly personality
- Be reliable and able to work well with others employees on the farms throughout the state
- Able to work Saturdays (overtime paid)
What you'll get in return

- $62,000 per year ($31 per hour) + super + OT (after 12 months - pay rise)
