About the role
You will safely perform services on our customer vehicles in a safe and supported environment. You will be willing to support a cluster of stores which means you will travel between stores nearby, when needed.
You will be responsible for:
Providing excellence in customer services- Removing existing tyres and fitting replacements on consumer and 4WD vehicles
- Diagnosing and assessing tyre damage and wear
- Selecting correct tyres, tubes, rims and accessories
- Diagnosing wheel balance problems and balancing wheels
- Communicating safety and service requirements to customers instore
