YOUR ROLE
Join our Employee Relations project team and embark on a thrilling journey with a unique role that allows you to carve your path! You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders in the realm of people and culture, taking the lead in maintaining the UKG Pro time and attendance system to meet the requirements of the business.
As our UKG ProSupport Specialist, your role will provide comprehensive support to users, amend pay rules, manage security accesses, schedule, and training new users. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues within the UKG Pro application which will include monitoring integrations for optimal performance and maintaining system setup in alignment with awards and agreements.
This role is a permanent role, and the role will be based in Sydney.

ABOUT YOU
- Extensive experience in complex UKG multi-site industry
- Experience interpreting modern awards and enterprise agreements
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Strong technical aptitude to build systems knowledge and technical capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyse and assess new system functionality impacts and convey those impacts to a diverse range of affected stakeholder.
- Experience in Time & Attendance and Payroll system administration (UKG/SAP) including but not limited to, updates, upgrades, testing, customisations, configuration, and security.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, IT is desirable
