Undergrad/ Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

Mastergroup (home of Agrimaster) is a software development company that has been operating for nearly 40 years, specialising in farm financial software, specifically for the Australian Agricultural sector. Agrimaster is used by farm businesses and professional partners in all states of Australia, with a large market share of 80% of farmers in WA. We are currently seeking an energetic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team located in Subiaco.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate must be able to implement digital campaigns that drive our regional business goals: growing our lead database, building a strong pipeline, and driving awareness of Agrimaster across Australia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Marketing Manager to improve key website and social channel’s metrics, including total traffic and conversion rate, acquisition targets, manage paid advertising accounts.
• Developing and optimising quality paid and organic advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
• Design and develop digital campaign assets and image creation, resizing/editing for channels.
• Monitor analytics tools and digital traffic, providing recommendations and strategies to improve digital performance.
• Creating, updating, and scheduling content for newsletters, blogs, podcasts, social media, and website - ensuring it’s optimised for SEO.
• Support key internal stakeholders to manage events and webinars, ensuring they are setup and promoted effectively to increase brand engagement and drive sales.

About you:

We are looking for a self-motivated individual, who is creative, engaged, and enjoys working in a close-knit environment. You will be comfortable with all elements of digital marketing, while also having strong written and verbal communication skills. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an early career marketing/communications professional who is looking to gain experience in a primary industry.

This is a 3 or 4-day-a-week role, with flexible work arrangements.

Desirable:

• Bachelor’s degree or graduating in marketing or communications.
• Experience in digital marketing, marketing automation and relevant analytics tools.
• Proven ability to maintain and optimise digital acquisition and communication channels and platforms including web, email, social media, SEM and SEO.
• Experience using Google Analytics to report on digital marketing activities.
• Photoshop or Canva skills for image resizing/editing for web and social - preferred but not essential.
• Paid cost-per-click (CPC) experience and paid advertising across multiple channels.

Salary: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
