The role:
Our client is seeking an experienced UX researcher to help shape digital products and services using UX principles and data driven insights. You'll be a part of a multi-disciplinary Customer Experience Design team that builds world class government digital services. Through your work you will have the opportunity to improve the user experience for millions of Australian citizens.

Our ideal candidate:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience doing user research for large digital projects.
Ability to lead and deliver user research engagements from end-to-end in a team environment (including planning, designing, running/facilitating, analysis and reporting)
Champion of User Centred Design (UCD) and the DTA's Digital Service Standard (DSS)
Exceptional communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling and coordinating multiple pieces of work
Ability to support the delivery of all work in the Customer Experience Design team, not just research related components
