We’re seeking a UX/UI designer to join our squad to assist with working on transformational initiatives focusing on improving and upgrading our customers digital capabilities and channels. Your day at NTT
Use customer research, personas, use case scenarios, interactive prototypes, competitive analyses, flows, and data to craft interaction designs that meet the needs of customers.
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of UI design across the business and the building out of the design system and library.
Ideate and create conceptual user interface designs that continually push the boundaries to ensure our product offerings are market-leading.
Work within complex stakeholder environments and contribute to business outcomes.
Employing user-centered design techniques to develop user interface specifications, including wireframes and prototypes (high and low fidelity) and UI design mock-ups
Collaborate with Customer Experience research and project teams to concept, prototype and test design concepts
Design engaging high fidelity UI-UX experiences for our digital products to maximise customer engagement and usability across a range of devices
What would make you a good fit for this role?
A Minimum 3 years’ experience in UI/UX design in complex projects for medium to large organisations
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2+ guidelines and techniques.
Experience delivering services including:
An understanding of product specifications and user psychology
Ability to conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
Ability to create personas through user research and data
Ability to define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
Ability to develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
Experience finding creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
Experience communicating design ideas and prototypes to developers
Mandatory requirement:
