Exceptional customer service focus with a can do attitude and a sales mindset
Leadership of the team, mentoring and encouraging your team to perform to their best in every situation and live the brand culture at all times
Excellent presentation and communication as well as strong organisational skills
Confidence in presenting to clients and showcasing your knowledge of the product
Financial skills commensurate with an experienced Manager including stock and labour cost control
Team player attitude with the ability to build a great team culture
About the Offer:
Excellent salary of $90-$110k + super depending on experience
