The opportunity
We are currently seeking a Vet Nurse/Receptionist to join our wonderful team part-time basis (approx. 30 hours per week). Our Vet Nurse/Receptionist is the first point of contact for all our valued clients, so providing a high-quality client experience in person and over the phone is of the utmost importance to us. This is a fantastic opportunity that will allow you to gain experience in a fast-paced yet rewarding atmosphere with a remarkable team.
Our ideal candidate:
- Previous experience working in customer facing positions within the animal industry
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing will be highly regarded, but not mandatory
- Someone that has exceptional communication skills to build relationships with our clients
- An empathetic, caring person that always advocates for their patients
- An eye for detail, a good work ethic and a willingness to keep learning and improving both themselves and the practice
- The ability to manage a busy appointment schedule & assist with reception administration tasks.
