Greencross Beenleigh is a purpose-built practice with four consult rooms (including a cat-only consult room), an operating theatre and separate cat and dog wards. Greencross Beenleigh is a brand new clinic that opened as a co-location clinic alongside Petbarn Beenleigh in August 2022 and enjoys a health cross-referral of customers needing veterinary advice/care for their pets.
We are equipped with IM3 GS deluxe dental equipment, in-house haematology equipment, Bair huggers, multiparameter monitoring machines (including blood pressure, ECG, capnography), a digital x-ray machine, a dental x-ray machine, and a new ultrasound machine.
Our roaming surgeon is available to assist with complex cases with plenty of learning and development opportunities. We have added support from our neighbouring Greencross clinics, broadening the network of experienced vets and creating a collaborative and supportive team culture.
Greencross Vets is a veterinary care network across Australia and New Zealand, with 166 Vet Clinics and 22 emergency and Specialist Referral Hospitals. Our 3000+ strong veterinary team are committed to providing the highest standards of care for pets and their owners.
Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled veterinarian to join our team at Beenleigh. As a member of our team, you will work alongside an experienced team of 2 veterinarians and four veterinary nurses to provide high-quality care to pets and their owners.
Our Vet Director has a special interest in Surgery, Dentistry and Reproduction. We would love to have a veterinarian who compliments this experience with an interest in Medicine and/or behaviour.
Though if you want to work with a close-knit team and a robust clinical leader to develop your surgical skills, dentistry or repro, we would still love to hear from you.
Qualifications
To be considered for this opportunity you must hold a BVSC or DVM degree through a University that is recognised by the AVBC with accreditation,
