A fantastic opportunity exists for a full-time veterinarian to be part of our new, growing, and innovative veterinary hospital. Illawarra Animal Hospital opened in April 2015 and has grown rapidly. We believe this success has been due to our core commitment to outstanding client service as well as care and compassion for each and every patient we see.
Based in Wollongong, 80 km’s South of Sydney, you will be surrounded by a collection of world-class beaches, playful adventures, eats, arts and iconic attractions. Whether you are spending the day at the beach with the family, exploring the South Coast or relaxing at home, work/life balance is an important part of this role with most Vets at Illawarra Animal Hospital working a four day week, no after hours and weekend work being shared equally within the team.
We seek a veterinarian who:
is competent and confident in general practice surgery
is passionate about their career, has a positive attitude and is willing to always go the extra mile
is a team player
builds fantastic rapport with their clients
great communication and organisational skills
minimum of three years’ experience as a Full-Time Veterinarian
