Context
Within our Sydney HQ (located in Chastwood), you will support Danone and Danone Business Service teams in the achievement of their business goals through the provision of high-quality Health, Safety &Human Resources administrative support, infrastructure, advice and interventions to support the strategic and operational plans in Australia and NZ.
Your mission are :
Lead and execute Health and Safety strategy

• Regular safety assessments and audits
• Constant improvement of safety conditions and behaviors
• Management of the WISE committee
• General HR Administrative Support
• Analysis of various surveys and employee feedback throughout the year.
• Support organisation of various HR events throughout the year.
• Provision of HR policy and procedure advice to employees and managers
• Deliver internal reporting requirements
• Support recruitment processes for specific roles as allocated
• Participate in HR projects as required

Bachelors degree or post-graduate qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
Minimum 2/3 year's experience working in an administrative/business capacity
Previous exposure to Health & Safety/Human Resources.

Are you eligible for a V.I.E?

V.I.E is a Business France device allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.

- You must be aged 18 to 28.
- You must have completed national service obligation.
- You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
- You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your VIE.
