What does the Assistant Store Manager DO?
Some of the incredible things you’ll be doing are:
Motivating your team to inspire and empower our guests to live their best life everyday
Support the Store Manager in coaching and developing the team to provide a world class guest experience and achieve set KPIs
Create a positive and fun workplace for your team and embrace our Above and Beyond philosophy
Apply your commercial acumen to elevate your store to be a step above the rest
Execute visual merchandising plans ensuring brand consistency and sales opportunities are leveraged
Ensure operational excellence is maintained in store, including stock management
Uphold WHS standards – think safe, act safe, keep others safe
