What you'll be doing
To provide safe and effective support to the patients/clients and carers of Western Sydney Local Health Network and to work collaboratively to render the necessary assistance to support the provision of patient care.
To develop and maintain systems that provide timely data and information to support the nursing staff in the provision of care and to provide friendly and professional customer service to families, carers and patients.
This is a 7-day rotating position of morning and afternoons shifts.

Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated experience using patient database systems such as iPM or Cerner.
Demonstrated clerical or administration experience in a health, hospital or medical environment
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Windows including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Demonstrated experience in working in a fast paced environment with strong organisational and time management skills.
Demonstrated experience in dealing with patients/customers and their families//carers
Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
