The role
Emphasis is on the highest industry compliance standards, KPIs, DIFOT, OH&S, security, productivity, operational planning and task execution.
Essential to the role will be building professional/effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
A sound track record in negotiation, building, developing, mentoring / coaching teams with a customer focus is essential.
The successful candidate will possess strong warehouse/delivery operational management skills and a high standard of ethics, professionalism and continuous improvement with an open personality and progressive communication/presentation/leadership style.
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrated expertise and knowledge of warehouse/delivery management for the operations
- Management of team (Warehouse and Delivery Team)
- Demonstrated people and performance management
- Be hands-on with managing the inbound/outbound of our warehouse.
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic
- Superior and effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience with WMS/TMS
- Previous experience or knowledge of the FMCG Logistics industry will be of advantage
What are the responsibilities?
- Manage teams to ensure performance targets are met and organise appropriate shifts to meet business requirements
- Ensure accurate sorting and optimum loading of all inbound & outbound shipments
- Identify and encourage site OH&S management and improvement initiatives
- Plan, organize and direct efficient and effective work practices among teams
- Develop KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance
- Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department
- Focused on identifying customer needs and servicing customer requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Hold a current Forklift Licence (High Reach Experience Essential)
- Physically fit for the role
- Possess Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency

- Working Hours: Mon-Friday 7:00am – 4:00 pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Full-time salary (Negotiable based on Exp) + Super
