We're a quirky bunch who take our work seriously, but not ourselves. We're looking for someone who has the experience to lead a team of hardworking individuals and make sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Think you have what it takes? Here are the specifics:
Responsibilities:
Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics
Build New systems with the growth of the company and own the position!
Manage and train a team of warehouse associates, ensuring everyone is performing at their best
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient business operations
Maintain a safe and organized work environment, because we don't want anyone getting crushed by a giant bag of chips
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role,
experience in the FMCG industry is a plus, but not required.
Strong leadership and communication skills, because we need someone who can motivate our team with more than just free samples (although we have those too!)
A sense of humor is a must, because we need someone who can laugh when a shipment of pretzels is accidentally delivered to the wrong state
An understanding of HACCP is also important, but not required
