As the Warehouse Supervisor in their Hospitals services area, you will be a driver of quality, lean process and developing the culture and behaviors around these principles.
As a true cultural leader you will manage a team across a broad range of functions including bulk pick with over 9,000 SKU's, supervising 100 employee, strong people skills and safety, belt pick and dispatch whilst focusing on service delivery, outcomes and efficiencies.
The Afternoon Shift Supervisor is responsible for strong outcomes, efficient and accurate dispatch and site preparation for the morning shift to follow. With a strong focus on inventory management, this role will see you responsible for cycle counts, inventory control and stock discrepancy audits.
Hours of work will be from 12:00pm five days per week.
As a Warehouse Supervisor with several years' experience you will be able to demonstrate skills in the following:
- A strong focus on quality standards and Lean principles.
- An ability to work with a diverse workforce and drive improvement and outcomes.
- Driving a culture of outcomes and efficiencies
- A strong focus on safety principles.
- Strong FMCG background
