As Record Centre Manager you are responsible for day-to-day operation of the Record Centre, in a hands-on role leading service delivery.
Our client is a nationwide market leader in Records and Information Management (RIM).
The Role
As Record Centre Manager you are responsible for day-to-day operation of the Record Centre. You have a hands-on role within the Record Centre accountable for leading service delivery to customer SLA, meeting standards and compliance and delivering operational excellence. Further, you hold the important role of leading and motivating the field team to deliver performance through their productivity and continuous improvement.
This is a full time role based in Welshpool. Minimal interstate travel for training and other operational matters may be required 3-4 times per year.
Your responsibilities will include:
Monitor relevant daily and weekly productivity statistics to ensure efficient (Labour resource, transport, revenue and EBITDA matching to budget/workload) via Power BI reporting tool.
Provide service quality and consistency to customers to meet or exceed their expectations.
Develop a high performance-based culture to include monthly and quarterly reviews for all team members under your control.
Ensure all site staff, visitors and contractors comply with all occupational health and safety policies, procedures and operating instructions.
Complete and maintain all daily, weekly and monthly reporting as required.
Effective management of ORMA (Operational Risk Management Action Reports).
Skills and Experience required:
Team leadership experience.
Ability to build and develop successful long terms relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Strong people management skills, with the ability to focus and guide others in accomplishing work objectives.
Hands on warehouse experience.
Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
Demonstrated problem solving skills and experience.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload accordingly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Project management skills and experience (desirable)
Qualifications:
Overall understanding is required, and formal qualification would be advantageous.
Qualified First Aid Trained
WHS Trained
Fire Warden Trained
Certificate IV in warehousing
