Job Description
Provide technical and warranty support to customers and dealers to help troubleshoot their RV concerns
Develop and maintain customer service standards incorporating a high level of response time.
Liaise with key internal stakeholders to resolve issues in an effective and efficient way
Ensure that all team members are strictly following the workflow process and procedures for the whole warranty lifecycle
Ensure a member of the warranty team is available to attend the owner's group regularly. This opportunity is to be shared amongst the team and other internal stakeholders.
Ensure all claims are processed with a high level Maintain the highest level of accuracy for all claims within area of responsibility
Support business in its efforts to streamline Warranty processes through development of digital innovations to remove administration workloads
Provide clear and effective communication with the dealers, repairers, owners, and other stakeholders at all times to ensure you meet completed claim deadlines within the warranty process.
Manage tracking and distribution of warranty credits back to dealers/owners
The Successful Applicant
Our client is looking for a Customer Service professional with ability to work within a team environment, ideally a customer service background. They are looking for a candidate with a high attention to detail and who is pro-active within the workplace. The ability to pick up and learn new systems, product, and service. You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively within the team. A candidate who is logical thinking and can show excellent initiative when problem solving would be great attribute to have for this role.
