About the role:
An exciting opportunity has now become available for a self-motivated Webster Packer/Pharmacy Assistant to join the team at Priceline Pharmacy Port Pirie on a full time capacity.
The successful applicant will be required to perform their daily duties of medication packing with professionalism and accuracy, while at the same time nurturing relationships with customers and the pharmacy team.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring all Webster-paks®are complete in a timely matter.
- Ensuring accurate and up to date patient profiles at all times.
- Managing the weekly dispense runs, ensuring there is adequate medication for the completion of the Webster-paks®
- Making changes to packs when required
- Liaising with Doctors & Patients
- General customer service including front of shop, dispensary and phone queries.
- Stock control duties in conjunction with Dispensary Team
To be successful in the role, you must have:
- Previous dispensary experience in either a hospital or retail pharmacy setting
- Previous medication packing experience ideally using Webstercare® systems
- Strong customer focus & customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintain a professional and confidential approach at all times
